Madrid Network invites you to participate in the day organized by WLead, "How to boost your career by improving your key competencies and skills”, el 4 September at 10:00 a.m.., at the headquarters of Madrid Network, Paseo de la Castellana, 91 4ª Planta, Madrid.

Would you like to take a step forward in your career, but you don't know how?

Are you in the process of a professional change?

Would you like to develop or improve the skills that make a difference in the professional environment?

Wlead is a project co-financed by the European Union's Erasmus+ program, which aims to promote acquisition and improvement of professional and personal skills and competencies of entrepreneurial, employed and unemployed women seeking to advance their professional careers.

On September 4 we will put the finishing touch to the development activities within the framework of this project. We will celebrate the progress of the women who have participated in Wlead's different training and recruitment actions, sharing conclusions and testimonies from organizers and participants. We will showcase the resources available on the project platform and facilitate interaction and sharing of knowledge and tools to continue inspiring and driving the personal and professional growth of more women through the Wlead community.

10:00 h – Welcome and introduction of attendees

10:25 h – Introduction to two of the selected key competencies: Financial education and Emotional management

11:00 h. – Round Table: WLead Mentors and Mentees share their experience. The following mentors and mentees will lead the debate, open to the participation of attendees:
