Presentation of the WLead Mentoring Program
Participate in the conference organized by WLead, in which the Mentoring Program to improve women's leadership skills will be presented, on February 14 at 10:00 a.m., at the headquarters of Madrid Network, Paseo de la Castellana, 91 4th Floor, Madrid.
WLead is a project co-financed by the Erasmus+ program of the European Union, which aims to promote the acquisition and improvement of professional and personal skills and competencies of entrepreneurial, employed and unemployed women seeking to boost their career.
The Mentoring program will be carried out within the framework of this project between the months of March and May 2024, aimed at women over 30 years of age with entrepreneurial projects or in the process of professional change (upskilling/reskilling).
During the day and the networking space, attendees who have expressed their interest in participating as a Mentor or Mentor in this program by completing the application form will have the opportunity to get to know each other and share their expectations, needs and interests, as well as their skills and experience to establish the mentor-mentee pairs that will be selected to be part of the program.
